Focuses on a group of toddlers, most prominently Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, Lil, and Angelica, and their day-to-day lives, usually involving common life experiences that become adventures in the babies' imaginations. Adults in the series are almost always unaware of what the children are up to; however, this only provides more room for the babies to explore and discover their surroundings.

About Rugrats
Rugrats chronicles the everyday lives of a group of adventurous toddlers, led by the intrepid Tommy Pickles, the endearingly anxious Chuckie Finster, and the mischievous twins Phil and Lil DeVille, all under the watchful, often manipulative, eye of Tommy's older cousin, Angelica. Their world is a playground of imagination, where simple tasks become grand quests and backyard explorations turn into daring expeditions. Adults are largely oblivious to the babies' escapades, which only fuels their sense of independence and allows them to interpret the world through their own unique, unfiltered lens. Each episode showcases the power of imagination, the importance of friendship, and the hilarious misinterpretations that arise from seeing the world from a toddler's perspective. Rugrats creates a timeless portrait of childhood, full of wonder, humor, and heartwarming moments.
