There is a ton happening across the world of streaming, but if it’s all a little overwhelming, we’ll break it down so you know what to watch every day.
The first month of 2026 is officially in the books. Hopefully, all readers fared well in January, but we are looking forward to a new week of TV shows and movies at The Streamable. February may not be the month viewers first think of when they seek out new TV premieres, but it may be time for that to change.
We’ve assembled a list of new TV shows and movies to check out this week, and it’s hardly a scarce list — even if you’re not a football fan. If you are, you can still use the list to bide your time until Super Bowl Sunday!

Music, comedy, and plenty of chaos are in store when The Muppets take the stage at their old home, the original Muppet Theatre. Special guest Sabrina Carpenter will be on hand to help add to the fun, and who knows what other special guests might swing by?

Super Bowl LX, Seattle Seahawks vs. New England Patriots | NBC, stream with a three-day free trial of Hulu + Live TV
Super Bowl Sunday has arrived at last! The AFC’s representative in this year’s Super Bowl is the New England Patriots, who have been led to the Big Game by an MVP-caliber performance by their second-year quarterback Drake Maye. Maye had a wonderful regular season and has gritted his way through the 2025-26 playoffs.

Hulu Live TV is a live TV streaming service with more than 70 channels for $89.99 per month. Hulu + Live TV base plan includes local channels 32 of the top 35 cable channels, and regional sports networks (RSNs). Subscribers get free access to Disney+ and ESPN Select at no extra charge.
In the Super Bowl, Maye and the Patriots will face the NFC’s Seattle Seahawks. Seattle’s defense has grabbed headlines this season, but the redemption of quarterback Sam Darnold — whose career was once left for dead by the New York Jets — is just as big a part of the team’s success.
