‘The Chosen’ Season 5 premiere | Prime Video
“The Chosen” tells the story of Jesus as it has never been told before — through the eyes of those who knew him best. The series follows events described in the Bible, giving context and details that make the show different from other projects that have centered on Jesus.
“The Chosen” Season 5 will portray the events of The Last Supper. Following his welcome as a king in Jerusalem, Jesus will confront the city’s merchants, shaking it to its foundations. Community leaders will scramble to silence his influence among the people, while Jesus gathers his followers for a last meal. All the while, Judas is moving in the shadows, striking a deal that seals the fates of both men.
