Apple TV+ Renews “Invasion”
Apple TV+ will continue its intergalactic expansion: the streamer has announced a Season 3 renewal for its global hit “Invasion.”
The sci-fi drama series, which debuted in October 2021, follows an alien invasion of Earth through different perspectives around the world, following the events as they unfold in real-time through the eyes of five ordinary people struggling to make sense of the chaos happening before them.

The cast stars Golshifteh Farahani, Shioli Kutsuna, Shamier Anderson, India Brown, Billy Barratt, Azhy Robertson, Paddy Holland, and Tara Moayedi with Season 2’s newly added regulars Enver Gjokaj, Nedra Marie Taylor, and Naian González Norvind.
Season 3 of “Invasion” is expected to begin production later this month. A premiere date will be announced later.
Disney+ Renews “Goosebumps” As Anthology Series
The horror (hopefully) never ends: Disney+ has renewed its recent “Goosebumps” series for a second season.
The House of Mouse made the announcement during the Television Critics Association winter press tour and confirmed the eight-episode Season 2 (compared to season one’s 10 episodes) would continue the series as an anthology, featuring an entirely new cast and R.L. Stine setting.

Season 2, according to the official description will follow “teenage siblings who discover a threat within their home, setting off a chain of events that unravel a profound mystery. As they delve into the unknown, the duo find themselves entangled in the story of five teenagers who mysteriously vanished in 1994.”
“Goosebumps” debuted on Disney+ this past October with a Season 1 cast that included Ana Yi Puig, Miles McKenna, Will Price, Justin Long, Zack Morris, Isa Briones, and Rachael Harris.

Disney+’s “Renegade Nell” Gets Premiere Date
“Renegade Nell” is ready to ride forth! Disney+ has given its highly anticipated Original series an official premiere date, with the Louisa Harland-led series set to debut on the streamer on Friday, March 29.
Written and created by BAFTA winner Sally Wainwright (“Happy Valley,” “Gentleman Jack”), the action-adventure-fantasy series stars “Derry Girls” star Harland as the quick-witted and courageous Nell, a young woman who finds herself framed for murder and unexpectedly becomes the most notorious highwaywoman in 18th Century England. But when a magical spirit called Billy Blind appears, Nell realizes her destiny is bigger than she ever imagined.
In addition to Harland, the series also stars Nick Mohammed, Frank Dillane, Alice Kremelberg, Ényì Okoronkwo, Jake Dunn, Bo Bragason, Florence Keen, Joely Richardson, Adrian Lester, Pip Torrens, and Craig Parkinson.
All eight episodes of "Renegade Nell" will be available to stream on Disney+ on March 29.

Hannah Gadsby’s "Gender Agenda" Multi-Comic Special Releases Trailer, Announces Lineup
Following their major 2022 deal with Netflix, Hannah Gadsby will bring some of the world's top genderqueer comics to the stage with them.
The streamer has released the trailer for Gadsby’s multi-comic special “Gender Agenda,” which will debut on the platform in March with a lineup of seven performers, including Jes Tom, Alok, Asha Ward, Chloe Petts, DeAnne Smith, Krishna Istha and Mx. Dahlia Belle.

The special was taped at the Alexandra Palace Theatre in London and directed by Julian Smith. It continues the working collaboration between Netflix and Gadsby, who has three standalone specials for the streamer: the Peabody and Emmy-winning debut “Nanette” and their critically acclaimed follow-ups “Douglas” and “Something Special.”
“Gender Agenda” will premiere on Netflix on Tuesday, March 5.
