Top 5 Titles Coming to Disney+ in March 2024: ‘Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version),’ ‘X-Men ‘97,’ More
Spring is now only a few weeks away, and this March at Disney+, a red rose is growing up out of ice frozen ground!
Probably the biggest title on the House of Mouse streamer’s calendar this month is the exclusive streaming premiere of “Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version),” the ground-breaking and record-setting concert film tracking Swift’s Eras Tour. The new “(Taylor’s Version)” edit will feature the concert film in its entirety for the first time, plus the song “cardigan” and four additional acoustic songs.
Also premiering this month, “X-Men: The Animated Series” gets a long overdue revival with the new animated series “X-Men '97,” featuring the returns of original cast members Ray Chase, Alison Sealy-Smith, Cal Dodd, Lenore Zann, George Buza, and more. Plus, the British historical adventure “Renegade Nell” finally gets its series premiere at the end of the month.

Kenneth Branagh directs the 2015 adaptation of the classic story, technically a live-action adaptation of Disney’s 1950 animated film. Lily James stars as the title Cinderella with Cate Blanchett as the Evil Stepmother, Richard Madden as Cinderella’s Prince, and Helena Bonham Carter as the Fairy Godmother, as well as Nonso Anozie, Stellan Skarsgård, Sophie McShera, Holliday Grainger, Derek Jacobi, Ben Chaplin, Hayley Atwell, Rob Brydon, and more.

“Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version)” | Friday, March 15
After bringing in over $260 million at the worldwide box office and making its mark as the top-selling concert film of all time, Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour concert film makes its much-anticipated streaming debut exclusively on Disney+. Filmed across three shows in August 2023 at Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium, the record-breaker gets a “(Taylor’s Version)” edit with the concert film in its entirety for the first time, plus the song “cardigan” and four additional acoustic songs.

“X-Men '97” | Wednesday, March 20
Party like it’s 1997. The famous band of mutants is back in a revival of the original “X-Men: The Animated Series,” picking up where the five-season landmark show left off 27 years ago. As promised, Ray Chase’s Cyclops is back to lead the team of Jean Grey (Jennifer Hale), Storm (Alison Sealy-Smith), Wolverine (Cal Dodd), Morph (JP Karliak), Rogue (Lenore Zann), Beast (George Buza), Gambit (A. J. LoCascio), and Jubilee (Holly Chou) as Sealy-Smith, Dodd, Zann, Buza reprise their roles with original cast members Chris Potter, Adrian Hough, Catherine Disher, Christopher Britton, Alyson Court, Lawrence Bayne, and Ron Rubin also returning in their original or new characters. Isaac Robinson-Smith, Matthew Waterson, Gui Agustini, and Ross Marquand are among the new cast additions. The 10-episode first season begins March 20.

The streamer’s dance documentary follows 12-year-old Anthony Madu as he prepares to leave his family and community in Nigeria to study dance at England’s Elmhurst Ballet School, one of the most prestigious ballet schools in the world. Despite extraordinary obstacles, young Anthony “finds himself thrust into a new world where his wildest dreams are suddenly within reach.”
