Owners of VIZIO smart TVs now have a new way to seek that information, thanks to the addition of the AccuWeather free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channel on the VIZIO WatchFree+ streaming service.

The addition of AccuWeather to WatchFree+ means that users of that service will be able to see up-to-the-minute forecasts for their area, with current conditions, radar views, and hour-by-hour forecasts so they can always be sure what they’re walking into when they step out the door.
Viewers can also see special weather statements and track severe weather with the AccuWeather channel, and can watch shocking videos of past weather events. Audiences will also be able to see stories illuminating the potential effects of weather on sports or travel plans, and watch long-form storytelling about weather from around the world.
