Max unveils French Open streaming plans, including multiview
The service will offer a multiview for the Roland-Garros this year, as well as other refinements meant to maximize the viewing experience.
The ball is in Warner Bros. Discovery’s court for the 2025 French Open. The tennis grand slam from Roland-Garros will be broadcast on TNT Sports this year, the first of a 10-year agreement to broadcast the event that was struck last year. That means that the French Open will also stream on Max for select subscribers, and the service has revealed more details about what audiences can expect to see when they stream the tournament.
Key Details:
- Multiview madness: Max will offer a multiview feature for its 2025 French Open streams.
- Max only!: The streamer will offer 800+ exclusive matches that won’t be seen anywhere else.
- Go ad-free: Viewers have to be subscribed to an ad-free Max plan to watch live sports on the service.
The first feature that viewers will want to take note of if they plan to watch the 2025 French Open on Max is the multiview. This will allow viewers to watch up to four matches at once, and is available to audiences in the United States and Spain.
There will be plenty of reasons to use the multiview feature, as Max will stream more than 900 matches from the tournament — including 800+ that viewers won’t be able to see anywhere else. Multiview will be available starting with the first round and continuing throughout the entire tournament.
Other features available will include Key Moments, which timestamp the best action in a live match so that viewers can go back to rewatch them or catch up quickly. Fans will also be able to browse and navigate matches based solely on individual players, so they can always keep track of their favorites.
Keep in mind, to watch the 2025 French Open on Max, you must be signed up for one of the service’s ad-free plans. The Bleacher Report Sports Add-On is included in these plans at no extra cost; Max ad-free costs $17 per month, and its Premium plan will run you $21 per month. The Max Basic with Ads option will not carry any French Open coverage this year.
Audiences can also watch other sports content on Max with ad-free plans, including NBA and NHL playoff games, MLB regular season contests from TBS, and college football when the fall season rolls around.
