ScarJo is Hollywoods all-time highest-grossing actor

ScarJo is Hollywoods all-time highest-grossing actor

‘Jurassic World: Rebirth’ has vaulted Scarlett Johansson into top earner status, and we’ll show you where to watch her best movies here.

Known for breaking major streaming stories, he’s covered everything from Netflix policy shifts to Peacock’s ad-tier changes. A sci-fi fan and Toshiba Fire TV user, he brings sharp analysis and a love for the genre to his reporting.

There’s a new performer at the top of the Hollywood heap. Data from The Numbers shows that Scarlett Johansson has surpassed fellow Marvel Cinematic Universe actors Samuel L. Jackson and Robert Downey Jr. as the highest-grossing lead actor at the global box office before adjusting for inflation.

ScarJo’s lifetime career box office gross for films in which she plays a lead role or a lead ensemble role has now surpassed $14.8 billion. A large chunk of that total comes from roles in MCU movies, but the film that put her over the top was the recently-released “Jurassic World: Rebirth,” which has accrued more than $300 million in cinemas around the world so far

The MCU may be doing quite a bit of heavy lifting for Johansson’s box-office numbers, but she has brought her talents to a wide range of top-earning films over the years. If you’re thinking that the accession of Johansson to the top spot is a good reason to turn on one of her biggest hits, we are in full agreement. Check out our list below to see where you can watch all of ScarJo’s movies that have grossed over $100 million.
