Willow TV announces launch of first original programming
The cricket-focused channel is launching a new podcast to break down the latest news, stories, and insights from the sports world.
Fans of cricket are likely well aware that Willow TV is the best way to access the sport in the United States. The channel announced on Thursday that it is expanding its programming even further, as it will launch a new original podcast that discusses a variety of different sports topics.
Key Details:
- Game on!: The podcast will be hosted by Grace Hayden, expert commentator and daughter of Australian cricket player Matthew Hayden.
- Any way you want: Viewers will be able to access the podcast through Willow TV, Willow Sports, and the Willow app.
- Not just cricket: The podcast will focus on topics from across the sports spectrum.
The “Game on with Grace” video podcast will premiere on Sunday, July 20. New episodes will come out every other Sunday night, and the show is hosted by Australian commentator and TV personality Grace Hayden. Hayden has covered the Indian Premier League, Cricket World Cup, GT20 Canada and more cricket events, bringing a great deal of experience to Willow TV. She’s also the daughter of former Australian cricket star Matthew Hayden.

The show will be available across Willow platforms, including the Willow TV linear channel, the Willow Sports free streaming channel, and the Willow app as well. As indicated by Hayden, it will also be available on major podcast platforms around the globe. Viewers will be able to listen to new episodes, and access the past library of the show as well.
The show’s “heartbeat” will be cricket, but it will also cover a range of sports topics as well. It will feature guests, discuss deeply personal stories, give fresh perspectives, and offer insights from inside the world of sports that listeners and viewers might otherwise never get to hear.
