When the calendar turns to March, a certain breed of sports fan has just one thing on their mind: basketball. The 2025 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament starts with the First Four on Tuesday, March 18, and the first round commencing on Thursday, March 20.

With prices on seemingly everything rising these days, fans might be wondering how to watch March Madness without having to pay through the nose. Fortunately, The Streamable is here to help you stream every game for only $30 per month, less than half of what you’d pay to sign up for a service like YouTube TV to watch the tournament.

Best budget streaming bundle for watching 2025 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament

Watch games on TNT, TBS, and truTV with Max

Warner Bros. Discovery owns one part of the March Madness TV package, and puts games on TNT, TBS, and truTV. You don’t need a streamer that delivers live streams of all those channels to watch the tournament, though; all you really need is a subscription to Max’s ad-free plan.

Max will continue to stream live sports events from TNT, TBS, and truTV on every plan all throughout the month of March. However, after March 30, those sports games will shift to ad-free plans of Max only. It costs $17 per month to watch Max with no ads, and of course you’ll also get access to the entire Max library, including shows like “The White Lotus,” “The Last of Us,” “The Righteous Gemstones,” and much more.

With a subscription to Max ad-free, you can ensure you have access to every March Madness game on TBS, TNT, and truTV for the duration of the tournament.

Cost of a Max ad-free subscription: $17 per month

See all games on CBS with Paramount+ with SHOWTIME

Any NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament games not appearing on WBD channels will be shown on CBS. That means the cheapest way to stream them live is with a subscription to the ad-free tier of Paramount+, also called Paramount+ with SHOWTIME.

This plan carries a live stream of local CBS stations in every American market, so all March Madness games on the Eye Network are at your fingertips with a subscription. You’ll also unlock SHOWTIME series like “The Agency” and “Yellowjackets,” and be able to watch “1923” and every other Paramount+ title without commercials during playback.

A subscription to Paramount+ with SHOWTIME will cost $13 per month, and also comes with a seven-day free trial for all new subscribers.

Cost of Paramount+ with SHOWTIME: $13

See the tournament from an NBA perspective with Roku Channel

The Roku Channel doesn’t offer any live games from the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament, but you can use the free streaming service to watch analysis of the tournament from an NBA perspective. The Roku Channel hosts the NBA free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channel, so viewers will get news from that league, analysis of top draft prospects playing in the March Madness tournament, and more.

Cost of Paramount+, Max, and Roku Channel bundle: $30
