Cord-cutting sports fans, time is running out if you don’t yet know how you will be watching the Super Bowl tonight. The game between the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers is scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m. ET, but the pregame pageantry has already started on CBS. But, if you are scrambling to decide how to watch the game, then your procrastination might have just paid off, because Paramount+ has just released a special promo code that will not only let you watch Super Bowl LVIII for free but an entire month of the streamer’s content at no cost as well.

How to Get Paramount for Free for One Month to Watch Super Bowl LVIII

  • Click here to get the deal.

Paramount Plus Free Trial With Coupon Code Shown

Paramount+ has had a number of similar promo codes floating around in recent weeks, but they all ended over the weekend in anticipation of the biggest sporting and entertainment event of the year. Instead, Paramount had just been offering its standard seven-day free trial. However, with just an hour and a half remaining until kickoff, the powers that be at Paramount+ released their latest code, hUjQ6r. Unlike other recent codes SUPERBOWL, JUNE (related to the streamers recently released documentary on June Carter Cash), and PAW30 (promoting “PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie”), this one doesn’t have any obvious Paramount-themed reference.

So, either Paramount Global executives wanted to keep the code obscure so that nobody would be able to figure it out ahead of time, or this is actually a clue about Taylor Swift’s recently announced new album “The Tortured Poets Department.” Swift flew 14-straight hours after four soldout shows in Japan to be at the game and cheer on her boyfriend Chiefs’ tight end Travis Kelce. So, maybe Paramount knows something about the forthcoming album and has embedded subtle hints in the promo code. What do you think Swiftie detectives?

What Do You Get With Paramount+’s 30-Day Free Trial?

One of the great things about Paramount+’s free trial is that it applies to both of its subscription tiers. That means that you can either go with the Essential option or the Paramount+ With Showtime option, and either will be free for an entire month.

The Essential plan costs just $5.99 per month after the expiration of the free trial and offers access to every NFL on CBS game airing in your market as well as Paramount+’s full coverage of the UEFA Champions League. This tier also gives customers ad-supported access to the standard Paramount+ on-demand library. While that is a lot of high-quality content for less than $6 per month, there’s really no reason to sign up for that tier during your free trial.

The Paramount+ With Showtime subscription offering is the platform’s premier plan. Not only does it provide ad-free on-demand streaming, but that also includes all of the premium movies and TV series coming from Showtime. But wait, there’s more. Unlike the lower tier, Paramount+ With Showtime includes an around-the-clock simulcast of your local CBS affiliate, so you will never miss an NFL, college football, or college basketball game, PGA tournament, or any other sporting event airing in your area.

So, if you think that you might be more inclined to sign up for the Essential plan once your free trial is up, that’s fine, but The Streamable recommends opting for the Paramount+ With Showtime tier now and setting a reminder to make the switch in 25 or so days. That way you can make the most of the free live, local programming as well as the premium Showtime content.

Now, there’s not much time left, so head over to Paramount+ and use promo code hUjQ6r to get 30 days of Paramount+ streaming absolutely free.
