Two teams, one trophy. The 2024 NBA Finals get underway this week, with the Boston Celtics hosting the Dallas Mavericks for Game 1 on Thursday, June 6 with tip-off at 8:30 p.m. ET on ABC. Boston cruised to a 4-0 sweep of the Indiana Pacers to make the Finals, while the Mavs took down the Minnesota Timberwolves in five games, winning that series 4-1.

And yes, DIRECTV STREAM and its wide selection of top channels is perfect for watching the 2024 NBA Finals between the Mavs and Celtics. It carries ABC in its base Entertainment plan, along with top channels like NBC, CBS, and Fox, starting at $79.99. On top of a five-day free trial for all new customers, it also offers new users $25 off per month for their first two months of service on any plan. Even better for sports fans is that they can upgrade to the Choice plan to see their local NBA and NHL teams via regional sports networks.

If DIRECTV STREAM isn’t right for you, you can watch the 2024 NBA Finals with a live TV streaming service that carries ABC. You’ll find The Streamable’s advice on which one to choose below!

How to Stream 2024 NBA Finals Boston Celtics vs. Dallas Mavericks

The 2024 NBA Finals are airing on ABC, which means Hulu + Live TV, DIRECTV STREAM, Fubo, and YouTube TV all carry the needed channel. Sling TV isn’t a great option because it only carries ABC in select markets.

Best Choice for Watching 2024 NBA Finals: Hulu + Live TV

Hulu + Live TV is our favorite way to watch the 2024 NBA Finals, especially now that it offers a three-day free trial. And with plans starting at $76.99 per month, you can save a little bit of money by going with this service. Not only does it carry ABC to watch the 2024 NBA Finals, but it also includes Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu in the price, which is a $14.99 monthly value. That makes Hulu + Live TV too good of a bargain to ignore for those who can’t resist the blend of entertainment and value.

Great Choice for Sports Fans: Fubo

Fubo plans start at $94.99 per month, once you factor in the regional sports network (RSN) fee that most customers have to pay. It carries ABC and includes a free trial, the length of which depends on what time of month you subscribe to the service. Especially good for sports fans is that the RSN fee will give you access to NBA, NHL, and MLB regular season games in many markets, and Fubo also carries NFL Network for football fans.

Last Option: YouTube TV

YouTube TV plans start at $72.99 per month, and it carries ABC to stream the 2024 NBA Finals. What it doesn’t offer is a wide selection of RSNs, a standardized free trial, or free streaming services bundled into the price, which is why we place it last on our list.

Can You Watch The 2024 NBA Finals on Sling TV?
