DIRECTV customers haven’t been spared the rash of price increases that are sweeping the streaming world. At the beginning of October, DIRECTV began warning customers that their bills would be increasing, and the price of its Signature packages has indeed increased. The ENTERTAINMENT plan now starts at $90 per month, but new customers can still get a great deal when they sign up for DIRECTV. Viewers can save up to $40 off their first month of a DIRECTV Signature plan when they come to the streamer for the first time.

There are great discounts available on all DIRECTV Signature plans now, starting with the ENTERTAINMENT plan at $50 for your first month — a $40 discount. This package comes with more than 90 channels, including local broadcast networks, top cable news and sports channels, and more. It also has the ESPN Unlimited streaming service, as well as ad-supported Disney+ and Hulu included if you choose to stream your package through a Gemini device.

Doing this will cost you $10 more with the device rental fee, but a Gemini lets you watch DIRECTV channels as well as your favorite streaming apps on an easy-to-use, advanced streaming player that allows you to watch in 4K.

DIRECTV Signature plans come with choices like the option to step up to access to regional sports networks, more obscure sports channels, and premium channels as well. The more you pay, the more you get, and you can save $35 to $45 on any of them with this deal for a limited time.
