There’s no word yet on when “Lucky” will be available to watch on Apple TV+. Production will likely start sometime in spring 2025, which means the series probably won’t be available to watch until late in the year, or early 2026.
What is ‘Lucky’ about?
“Lucky” is based on the novel of the same name by Marissa Stapley. The series focuses on a young woman who left behind the life of crime she was raised in years ago, but must now embrace her darker, criminal side one final time in a desperate attempt to escape her past.
Who will star in ‘Lucky’?
Taylor-Joy, veteran of such movies as “Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga,” “The Menu,” and “The Witch” is the only confirmed cast member of “Lucky” so far.
Reese Witherspoon will executive produce the series along with Taylor-Joy, while Jonathan Tropper will take on co-showrunner duties with Cassie Pappas. Hello Sunshine is the production company responsible for bringing the show to audiences.

“Lucky” will be an Apple TV+ exclusive, which means it won’t be available to watch anywhere on linear TV. Currently, an Apple TV+ subscription costs $10 per month, following a seven-day free trial for new customers in the United States.
