When is ‘Stranger Things’ Season 5 Coming Out?
There hasn’t been an exact release date announced for Season 5 of “Stranger Things” yet, but the recent episode announcement teaser did confirm it will be out sometime in 2025. Three out of the first four seasons were released in the summer; the only exception was Season 2, which came out in October 2017.
The fourth season of “Stranger Things” was the only batch of episodes released so far to be split into two parts, but Netflix saw success by doing so, which means there’s a good chance that Season 5 will likewise be divided. What Will ‘Stranger Things’ Season 5 Be About?
There have been very few plot details shared by Netflix about the fifth season of “Stranger Things.” What we do know is that Season 4 ended with the villainous Vecna breaking out of the Upside Down and bringing it into the real world, using it to invade the town of Hawkins.
Max was briefly killed by Vecna, and although she was revived by Eleven she remains comatose. The fifth season of the series will see our intrepid heroes, aided by their older allies Joyce Byers, Jim Hopper, Nancy Wheeler, Steve Harrington, Robin Buckley, and anyone else they can recruit try to put an end to Vecna and the Upside-Down once and for all.
