The first episode of “The Wheel of Time” Season 3 will debut on March 13, 2025. As with the other two seasons of the show, we expect the show to release one episode per week after the premiere date, instead of following a binge-release model.

What happened in Season 2 of ‘The Wheel of Time’?

In Season 2 of “The Wheel of Time,” Rand battles and defeats Ishamael, the most terrifying and powerful subordinate of the Dark One. He exercises the powers of the Dragon to defeat one of the greatest threats the White Tower has ever seen, but Rand and his allies still have to find a way to come to grips with the Dark One himself.

In Season 3, threats to those who follow the Light will only continue to grow. The Black Ajah roam the lands unchecked, and the Two Rivers are beset with enemies, as the White Tower itself stands divided.

All the while, Rand’s corrupted powers are becoming stronger and stronger. Moiraine and Egwene will be confronted with the task of stopping the Dragon’s descent into darkness, no matter what price they must pay to do so.

Returning to Season 3 of “The Wheel of Time” will be Rosamund Pike as Moiraine Damodred, Daniel Henney as al’Lan Mandragoran, Josha Stradowski as Rand al’Thor, Zoë Robins as Nynaeve al’Meara, Madeleine Madden as Egwene al’Vere, Marcus Rutherford as Perrin Aybara, Dónal Finn as Mat Cauthon, Ceara Coveney as Elayne Trakand, Kate Fleetwood as Leandrin Guirale, Natasha O’Keeffe as Lanfear, Ayoola Smart as Aviendha, Kae Alexander as Min Farshaw, and Shohreh Aghdashloo as Elaida do Avriny a’Roihan.

Joining the cast this season is Olivia Williams as Morgase Trakand, Luke Fetherston as Lord Gawyn, Calum Kerr as Lord Galad, and Nuno Lopes as Lord Gaebril.
