Why The Streamable Loves VidAngel
VidAngel is a great way for families with kids and other viewers concerned with the adult content that streaming titles so often include to filter out the scenes they don’t want to see. VidAngel doesn’t just filter these selections out of your recommended titles; it will skip scenes with the content that you don’t want to see on compatible services, shows and movies.
VidAngel allows subscribers to automatically skip scenes with Language, Sex, Nudity, Violence, Blood, Gore, Drug/Alcohol Use, and “Other” (such as bodily functions / jokes, vulgar gestures, and even opening and closing credits). VidAngel is compatible with some of the biggest streaming services available, including Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV+, Paramount+ and Peacock.
It seems like it’s getting harder and harder to avoid objectionable content, but VidAngel wants to help audiences with this predicament. The streamer helps you skip the worst scenes in top shows and movies, and right now new customers can get 50% off a subscription for their first three months of service.
VidAngel
VidAngel is a video streaming service that taps into your streaming subscriptions and filters out all the “bad stuff.” With customizable filters, language that you don’t want to hear or images you don’t want to see are automatically removed from what you are watching. While it doesn’t work for every service, movie, or TV show, there are thousands of titles available to filter – ranging from new releases to older films.
