Fubo announces revenue of $1.54 billion in Q4
The latest earnings report from Fubo reflects the fact that the streamer has been combined with Hulu + Live TV.
Fubo is going to do things a little differently now that it has combined with Hulu + Live TV. That was the key takeaway from Fubo’s latest quarterly earnings report, which was released on Tuesday. The report covers the final three months of the 2025 calendar year, but Fubo is now using Disney’s corporate calendar, so it is labeled as Fubo’s earnings for the first fiscal quarter of 2026 instead. The earnings data is packed with indications that Fubo is now under Disney’s control, including news that Fubo products will soon be available to purchase on ESPN platforms.
Key Details:
- Come together: Fubo reports a combined subscriber total with Hulu + Live TV of 6.5 million global customers.
- Stronger cash flow: Losses at Fubo continue to dwindle on a year-to-year basis.
- New faces: ESPN will soon be a distribution partner for the Fubo Sports service.
The new Fubo earnings report combines the reported subscriber totals of both that service and Hulu + Live TV into a single figure — 6.54 million global subscribers. The two services have 6.2 million customers in North America, and 335,000 around the rest of the world.
All key financial data of Hulu + Live TV and Fubo will now be reported together, as well. Reported revenue at the company hit $1.543 billion during the quarter, with a reported net loss of $19.1 million. That still compares favorably to Q4 2024, when Fubo showed a net loss of $38.6 million.
Fubo also gave another indication of its new partnership with Disney in the earnings report, announcing that the Fubo Sports service will soon be “distributed in ESPN’s commerce flow.” That means the service will be available for subscription on platforms like the ESPN app, expanding the reach of the service for sports fans. Fubo Sports launched in fall 2025 to serve audiences who wish to pay for only sports and news channels, while cutting other cable networks out of the package, resulting in a lower price.
“2025 marked a year of transformation for Fubo as we completed a monumental business combination with Hulu + Live TV,” Fubo CEO David Gandler said. “We set out on a mission to enhance consumer choice and expand programming flexibility by tapping into our collective strengths. We remain focused on our consumer promise to deliver value and choice across our flagship Fubo and Hulu + Live TV Pay TV brands.”
