About 2024 College Football Week 0

The first game of the 2024 college football season marks Florida State’s first appearance in Ireland, while Georgia Tech returns to Dublin after a win there in 2016. The Seminoles will also be led out by a new quarterback - DJ Uiagalelei takes the reigns from former star Jordan Travis, after stops at Clemson and Oregon State. Georgia Tech, meanwhile, hopes to keep the good times rolling this season after its first winning campaign last year since 2018.

There are plenty of other storylines heading into Week 0 of the 2024 college football season. The Michigan Wolverines took the NCAA title last season, but come into the 2024-25 preseason ranked at No. 8, with the Georgia Bulldogs taking the top spot in both the AP and Coaches polls. The Wolverines also have a new head coach at the helm with Sherrone Moore taking over for former head coach Jim Harbaugh who made the jump to the NFL. Michigan opens its season in Week 1 on Saturday, Aug. 31 when they take on UMass.

Why We Like Hulu Live TV For Watching The 2024 College Football Week 0

Hulu + Live TV is our top recommended service for watching the 2024 college football season, especially now that it offers a three-day free trial. And with plans starting at $76.99 per month, you can save a little bit of money by going with this service. Not only does it carry all the channels you need to watch college football across all conferences, but it also includes Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu in the price, which is a $14.99 monthly value. However, keep in mind that the price of nearly all Disney-owned streaming products will increase in mid-October.

Hulu + Live TV will go from $76.99 per month to $82.99 for the ad-supported Disney Bundle version and $89.99 to $95.99 for the ad-free version. For the time being, we still recommend Hulu + Live TV since streaming services are so easy to cancel. So, for the first month of the season, go with Hulu and then reassess whether it works for you at the new price point, or if DIRECTV STREAM, YouTube TV, Fubo, or Sling might fit better.

For fans of Conference USA, Mid-American Conference, and Mountain West, it also offers CBS Sports Network at that price. Plus, you get ESPN, ABC, CBS, FOX, SEC Network, SEC Network+, ACC Network, ACC Network Extra (one of only three live streaming TV services that offer it), Big Ten Network, ESPNU, FS1, ESPN2, The CW, truTV, as well as access to additional, exclusive ESPN+ games. That makes Hulu + Live TV too good of a bargain to ignore for those who like to optimize their budgets.
