About 2025 NASCAR Cup Series Goodyear 400
The 2025 NASCAR Cup Series rolls into Darlington, South Carolina this weekend for the Goodyear 400 at one of the sport’s most iconic tracks. Known as “The Lady in Black” and “The Track Too Tough to Tame,” Darlington Raceway has been testing drivers since 1950.
With 25 degrees of banking up front and a funky egg-shaped layout thanks to an old minnow pond that never got moved, this place forces drivers to hug the wall and earn their “Darlington Stripe” the hard way. Sunday’s race marks the 125th Cup event at the track and kicks off NASCAR’s annual Throwback weekend, where drivers rep vintage paint schemes honoring legends of the sport. The green flag drops at 3 p.m. ET on FS1.
