This year will be the twenty-first edition of the adorable Puppy Bowl, which starts at 2 p.m. ET on Sunday, Feb. 9 on Animal Planet, Discovery, TBS, truTV, Max, or discovery+. About Puppy Bowl XXI

As soon as referee Dan Schachner blows the whistle, the Puppy Bowl action begins! Ulep, the first-ever St. Bernard-mix, and Smoosh, the only Pekingese to compete in the games, will head up Team Fluff while Mr. Pickles, a Pug-Chihuahua from Dallas, and Tuani, a Chihuahua-German shepherd who traveled all the way from Nicaragua, will look to bring Team Ruff to victory. The two teams will go head-to-head on the gridiron in hopes of bringing home the “Lombarky” trophy and see which puppy player has what it takes to be named the MVP (Most Valuable Puppy) and win the Underdog Award.

The Puppy Bowl will also feature segments like Adoptables, showing viewers puppies that will be available for adoption during the game. The dog that shows the most “super” abilities will get the Krypto Super Play award in conjunction with a special sneak preview of 2025’s blockbuster movie “Superman.” Can you afford to miss out on all the adorable action? I don’t think so!
