Secrets, lies, and a killer wardrobe — again. I actually hadn’t seen the original “A Simple Favor” until a few weeks ago when my wife and I watched it together, and honestly, I loved it. It’s sharp, stylish, and way more fun than I expected. So now that “Another Simple Favor” is on the way, I totally get why they made a sequel — though from a story perspective, I’m really curious to see how they pull it off. You can stream the new movie starting Thursday, May 1, only on Prime Video.

About ‘Another Simple Favor’
“Another Simple Favor” reunites Anna Kendrick and Blake Lively for another round of secrets, style, and seriously suspicious behavior — but this time, the chaos moves to Italy. The sequel picks up with Stephanie (Kendrick) traveling to Capri for Emily’s (Lively) over-the-top wedding to a mysterious, old-money groom. Naturally, it doesn’t take long for things to spiral into murder, blackmail, and betrayal… all against a backdrop of luxury and high fashion.
Henry Golding, Andrew Rannells, and Bashir Salahuddin are back, and the cast also brings in new faces like Allison Janney and Elizabeth Perkins. Director Paul Feig returns for round two, with a script co-written by Jessica Sharzer (who wrote the original) and Laeta Kalogridis.

What other movies can you watch on Prime Video?
If “Another Simple Favor” puts you in the mood for more stylish chaos and relationship drama, Prime Video has a few solid picks. “Upgraded” follows a young art intern who pretends to be someone she’s not after a first-class mix-up — expect glam settings, lies, and a fast unravel.
“The People We Hate at the Wedding” is another messy, funny take on family dysfunction at a high-society event. And for something a little more emotional, “Chemical Hearts” explores young love, grief, and secrets that aren’t so easy to keep buried. You can stream them all with a Prime Video subscription, starting at $9 per month.
