DIRECTV
DIRECTV is one of The Streamable’s top choices for the best live TV streaming service overall in 2026, especially for users who want the most channels or want to watch the most live sports. With an unbeatable lineup of local, news, sports, and entertainment channels, three main signature packages, an unlimited DVR, and 20 simultaneous streams at home, DIRECTV remains a premier choice for any cord-cutter.
You can also catch livestreams with a Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscription. If you subscribe to Paramount+ Essential, you can enjoy episodes on demand the day after they air.
Why we recommend using DIRECTV to watch ‘Big Brother’ Season 27
There are a lot of reasons why DIRECTV is a great choice to watch “Big Brother” and all of CBS’s iconic competition shows. First is that the platform offers the longest, guaranteed free trial of any live TV streaming service on the market. While others do have longer trials, whether or not you will qualify for them varies greatly depending on a variety of opaque factors. So, at five days, DIRECTV offers more than enough time for you to watch the “Big Brother” premiere and to get a good idea of everything else that the service has to offer.
Beyond that, DIRECTV recently launched genre-specific channel packages that allow cord-cutters to sign up for channel line-ups that are more curated to the types of programming they want to watch. In turn, this can lower their bills significantly, running from $35 to $70 per month.
CBS isn’t included in any of the MyGenre Packs, but it is included in all of DIRECTV’s Signature Packages. Currently, the best option is the CHOICE Package, because not only will you get over 125 channels, but it is on sale for just $60 per month, after the five-day free trial ends. So, you can watch the best “Big Brother” Season 27 premiere and get a great deal.
Where else is ‘Big Brother’ Season 27 streaming?
DIRECTV is our top choice for getting access to CBS so you can watch “Big Brother,” but there are other options, including some that have free trials, which you can use to watch one or two episodes.
You can check out CBS on Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, and Fubo. Each offers a free trial. Hulu + Live TV’s trial lasts for three days, and includes the complete Disney Bundle.
While Fubo’s trial runs from one to seven days and YouTube TV’s can be from two days to two weeks, be wary when signing up, because there are tons of complicating factors that the streamers use to determine the length of your trial, and they often won’t tell you how long you get until you have gone through the entire process.

About ‘Big Brother’
“Big Brother” is a reality competition series that moves a group of Houseguests into one house. The Houseguests must live together successfully and avoid elimination throughout the intense competition. While living under one roof, they are monitored by 94 HD cameras and 113 microphones, which is how fans at home have the opportunity to tune in.
Each week, one Houseguest faces elimination based on their fellow Houseguests’ votes. So, it’s in their best interest to form friendships and alliances while keeping the drama to a minimum. However, that’s easier said than done when living in a house with a large group of people, especially with $750,000 on the line.
In addition to the main show, there are other ways to get in on the action. Livestreams reveal what goes on behind the scenes, plus a new segment, “Big Brother: Unlocked,” premieres. “Unlocked” offers insight from former Houseguests, as well as exclusive footage and more.
