About ‘The Sticky’

“The Sticky” is a dark comedy series inspired by the real-life Great Canadian Maple Syrup Heist of 2012, where over $18 million worth of syrup was stolen from Quebec’s reserves. The show follows Ruth Landry (Margo Martindale), a struggling maple syrup farmer whose livelihood is threatened by a powerful syrup cartel. Desperate to fight back, she partners with mobster Mike Byrne (Chris Diamantopoulos) and security guard Remy Bouchard (Guillaume Cyr) to execute a heist that will shake the syrup industry to its core. With executive producer Jamie Lee Curtis making a guest appearance, expect a story stack of greed, ambition, and rebellion with a dollop of laughs along the way.
