Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat drops on Friday, March 20 only on Prime Video.

Tara and I watched “Jury Duty” the week it dropped back in 2023, and just like basically everyone else on the internet, we were completely smitten. It wasn’t just hilarious, it was weirdly sweet. Watching Ronald Gladden constantly choose to be a good guy while chaos exploded around him was honestly kind of inspiring. It was only a matter of time before the creative team found a way to bring us a new story, and now “Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat” is here. This one trades the courtroom for a corporate offsite, but you can bet all the hidden-camera magic is back. Don’t miss any of the awkward hilarity with a 30-day free trial to Prime Video.

What is ‘Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat’ about?

“Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat” takes the exact same genius format that made Season 1 so addictive and drops it into a completely new environment. This time, the setting is a corporate retreat at a family-owned hot sauce company. The entire thing is staged. Every employee is an actor. Every awkward team-building exercise, every conference room meltdown, every late-night bonding moment has been carefully orchestrated.

The only person who has no idea any of this is fake is Anthony, a newly hired temp worker who thinks he’s just there for a normal offsite. As the company’s founder prepares to step down, the retreat spirals into a power struggle between big corporate ambition and small business values, all while Anthony tries to navigate the chaos in good faith. It’s the same hidden-camera experiment that made “Jury Duty” such a breakout, just with spreadsheets and hot sauce instead of jury deliberations.

How to watch ‘Jury Duty’ before ‘Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat’

If you somehow missed “Jury Duty” the first time around, now is the perfect excuse to fix that. All eight episodes of Season 1 are streaming on Prime Video, and it’s an incredibly easy binge. The original season followed Ronald Gladden, the only real juror in a completely staged trial filled with actors, including James Marsden playing an exaggerated version of himself. It’s laugh-out-loud funny, but it’s also really heartfelt.

Watching Ronald consistently choose empathy and kindness under ridiculous pressure is what made the show stick. If you want to know why “Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat” exists before it drops on Friday, March 20, watch Season 1.
