Why do we recommend Apple TV for watching ‘Loot’ Season 3?
Because it’s the only place you can watch it. “Loot” is an Apple TV exclusive, so if you want to see what Molly Wells gets up to next, this is the streamer you’ll need. I’ve been an Apple TV subscriber for just about as long as it’s been around, and I wrote a pretty comprehensive look at their TV library if you want to know what you’re getting if you subscribe.
Apple TV
Apple TV (formerly known as Apple TV+) is a subscription video streaming service for $14.99 per month, offering a growing slate of original series, films, documentaries, and specials. Unlike other platforms that combine licensed titles with originals, Apple TV is built entirely around exclusive programming, making it the home of critically acclaimed hits such as “Ted Lasso,” “Severance,” “The Morning Show,” and “Silo.” Its lineup continues to expand with award-winning dramas, comedies, family-friendly shows, and blockbuster original films like “CODA,” which won the Academy Award for Best Picture.

What is ‘Loot’ Season 3 about?
Season 3 of “Loot” picks up right where we left off, with Molly Wells (Maya Rudolph) fleeing on her private jet after facing heat from her billionaire peers and accidentally confessing her feelings to Arthur (Nat Faxon) in front of his girlfriend. Now, with her trusted assistant Nicholas (Joel Kim Booster) by her side, Molly’s trying to clear her head, regroup, and figure out what kind of philanthropist (and more importantly, person) she actually wants to be. The jet may have landed, but the fallout from last season’s finale is still in full swing.
Back at the Wells Foundation, the team’s still working hard (and chaotically) to help Molly follow through on her bold promise to give away her $87 billion fortune. That mission only gets messier this season, especially with Arthur still in the picture, a new round of awkward romantic tension, and guest stars like D’Arcy Carden, Adam Scott, and Henry Winkler dropping in to stir the pot. Expect more crystal rituals, questionable PR moves, and heartfelt chaos as this group of lovable weirdos tries to save the world… one billionaire screw-up at a time.
Who stars in ‘Loot’ Season 3?
Maya Rudolph is back as billionaire-turned-do-gooder Molly Wells, leading the charge once again in Season 3 of “Loot.” She’s joined by the full returning crew: Michaela Jaé Rodriguez as no-nonsense foundation leader Sofia, Nat Faxon as the sweet and slightly awkward Arthur, Ron Funches as lovable tech guy Howard, and Joel Kim Booster as Molly’s razor-sharp assistant Nicholas. Their chemistry is still the heartbeat of the show.
This season also brings in a fun lineup of guest stars, including D’Arcy Carden, Henry Winkler, Zane Phillips, X Mayo, Stephanie Styles, and Adam Scott, who returns as Molly’s ex-husband, tech billionaire John Novak. Whether they’re complicating Molly’s mission or just adding to the chaos, these new faces are set to make waves at the Wells Foundation.
Will there be a Season 4 of ‘Loot’?
Apple hasn’t officially announced a Season 4 of “Loot” just yet, but there’s reason to be optimistic. The show scored its Season 3 renewal pretty quickly after the Season 2 finale aired in May 2024, and it’s got a strong creative team behind it. Plus, with the way Season 2 ended (and all the unresolved tension heading into Season 3) it definitely feels like there’s more story to tell. For now, we’ll have to wait and see if Molly’s mission to give away her billions gets another chapter.
How can you watch the rest of ‘Loot’?
Need to catch up? Seasons 1 and 2 of “Loot” are streaming only on Apple TV. Whether you’re brand new or just want a refresher before Season 3 kicks off, every episode is available to watch on demand. With two tight, 10-episode seasons, it’s a quick and easy binge, and totally worth it for the crystal-healing, awkward-romance chaos alone.
