About “My Old Ass”

“Nashville” actor Maisy Stella leads the cast of “My Old Ass” in her film debut as Elliott, a free-spirited 18-year-old who rings in her birthday with a mushroom trip that brings her face-to-face with her wisecracking 39-year-old self (Aubrey Plaza). Elliott’s “old ass” isn’t around for long, though, before she starts handing out warnings about how her younger self should and shouldn’t live her life. For better or worse, the advice leads Elliott to rethink everything she’s learned so far about family and love, leading to a transformative summer.

“My Old Ass” was written and directed by Megan Park. The cast also stars Percy Hynes White, Maddie Ziegler, Kerrice Brooks, Maria Dizzia, Alain Goulem, Seth Isaac Johnson, and more.
