What is ‘Project Runway’ Season 22 about?
“Project Runway” Season 22 welcomes a huge group of designers, including several familiar faces from Season 21. With 22 designers competing for the top spot, this is the biggest season yet. This means that the competition is tougher than ever before. Each week, the designers participate in a different challenge, giving them an opportunity to show off their talents. They must stick to a tight budget, follow a theme or guidelines, and work well under pressure before the deadline.
The stakes are high because throughout the season, the judges will send most of the designers home. As the finale nears, only a few contestants are left standing. The winner receives an impressive cash prize, as well as a professional mentorship. This is the ultimate way to jumpstart a career in fashion design, but only one person can win it all.
