DIRECTV
DIRECTV is one of The Streamable’s top choices for the best live TV streaming service overall in 2026, especially for users who want the most channels or want to watch the most live sports. This is a great way to see whether you’d like to watch the full season and test out DIRECTV’s features. Unfortunately, none of the live TV streaming services will allow you to watch the entire season for free.
DIRECTV, Hulu + Live TV, Fubo, and YouTube TV all offer free trials of varying durations. We suggest using DIRECTV because it offers the longest guaranteed trial. Hulu + Live TV’s trial runs for three days. Other options, like YouTube TV and Fubo, aren’t less clear because their durations are based on factors that aren’t shared publicly. YouTube TV’s trial lasts two days to two weeks, while Fubo’s lasts one to seven days. You won’t find out until you’re done signing up, however.
We prefer DIRECTV, especially if you’re interested in watching for free, because you are guaranteed a five-day trial.
