About ‘Untold: The Liver King’

Brian Johnson, who was known as the Liver King, built an online fitness empire around consuming massive amounts of raw meat and what he described as an all-natural ancestral lifestyle. Johnson used his unbelievable physique as the ultimate proof that what he was peddling worked; but he was relying on steroids to build his body, deceiving his customers.

“Untold: The Liver King” features interviews with the Liver King himself, as well as his family and business partners, as the doc attempts to unravel the wild story of Johnson’s rise to internet fame and the controversy and backlash once a steroid scandal came to light.
