F1 TV adds Premium plan ahead of 2025 Formula 1 season
The new plan of F1 TV is available to subscribers now, and comes with a host of cool features.
Are you ready for the return of lightning-fast Formula 1 racing action? The 2025 F1 season returns this week with the Australian Grand Prix, and as per usual fans can watch every race of the season with plans of the F1 TV streaming service. To make race day an even more special experience this year, F1 TV has announced the launch of a new Premium subscription tier, which will be the most immersive way for fans to experience race day.
Key Details:
- The Premium plan includes the ability to watch races in 4K.
- Fans can also build their own customized multiview on select devices with Premium.
- The new plan costs $130 for the season.
The Premium plan of F1 TV will allow viewers to watch every Formula 1 race of the 2025 season live, much like the service’s Pro plan does. However, the Premium tier comes with a bevy of features unavailable to F1 TV Pro customers, including the ability to watch each race in Ultra-High-Definition 4K and HDR on compatible devices.

Also new with the Premium plan is a fully customizable multiview which will allow viewers to track multiple drivers at the same time. This feature will only be available on select devices at first — including iOS and TVOS compatible devices and Google Chrome — which are the only platforms that can be used to purchase F1 TV Premium. Android devices will not be able to use multivew with F1 TV Premium.
In addition to these features, F1 TV Premium will include access to F1 Grand Prix, F1 Sprint, Qualifying and practice sessions live in 4K Ultra HD/HDR, with F2, F3, F1 ACADEMY and Porsche Supercup sessions also available to watch live on the platform.
F1 TV Premium allows fans to watch on up to six devices simultaneously. It costs $130 per year, $45 more than F1 TV Pro. It is available to purchase now on iOS, TVOS, and Google Chrome ahead of the 2025 F1 season start on Friday, March 14.
