What Sports Can You Watch with Fubo?

Fubo is aimed directly at cord-cutting sports fans as it carries national sports channels like ESPN, FS1, NFL Network, and MLB Network, allowing fans to stay current with all the most important news regarding their top sports, and carrying plenty of live game action as well.

The real value of Fubo is its wide variety of regional sports networks (RSNs), however. Fans in 98% of markets can get their local RSN, including Bally Sports channels with a Fubo subscription, giving them access to regular season games from the NBA, NHL, and MLB. With the NBA and NHL heading for the playoffs, and MLB set to begin regular season play on March 20, getting a month of Fubo for $20 off now will give viewers access to highly consequential games for a great price.

The NCAA’s men’s and women’s basketball tournaments are two of the top sporting events of the entire year. Fubo subscribers the entirety of the women’s March Madness on the ESPN family of networks and all of the games from the men’s event that air on CBS. Fubo carries the Paramount-owned broadcast network in the vast majority of markets, however, it won’t provide access to all of the tournament action. Fubo has not carried the Turner Networks — TNT, TBS, — truTV since 2020, so you will not be able to watch that half of the men’s tournament on the streamer.

Fubo is a live TV streaming service with about 90 top channels that start at $79.99 per month. This plan includes local channels, 25 of the top 35 cable channels, and regional sports networks (RSNs). In total, you should expect to pay about $91.99 per month, after adding in their RSN Fee. Fubo was previously known as “fuboTV.”

The streaming service does not carry channels from WarnerMedia-owned (CNN, TBS, and TNT), A+E (A&E, History Channel, and Lifetime), and AMC Networks (AMC, BBC America, and WE tv). So, in our experience, if you are looking to watch the NBA, which heavily plays on TBS and TNT, you may want to look at another live TV streaming provider.

But for other sports fans, especially those who want to stream local sports, Fubo is a great option in our opinion. They recently announced adding Bally Sports RSNs to their channel lineup and it is the least expensive option to get RSNs in many markets like Altitude, AT&T Sports, Fox Sports, Marquee, MSG, NBC Sports, and NESN.
