MLS Season Pass kicks off its second year with Lionel Messi and Inter Miami traveling overseas.

On Monday, Jan. 29, Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami will take on Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal, and then on Thursday, Feb. 1, the squad will face Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr. The only way to watch either of these matches in the United States is with a subscription to MLS Season Pass. But, that’s just the beginning of an incredible season of soccer on the streaming service.

  • The 29th MLS season kicks off on Feb. 21, but action starts on Monday, Jan. 29 with Lionel Messi and Inter Miami’s preseason tour.
  • Soccer fans can stream every match of the MLS season for as little as $79.99.

Soccer fans in more than 100 countries and territories around the world are now able to sign up for the 2024 version of MLS Season Pass on Apple TV in order to watch every single game played by Major League Soccer teams all year long. What makes MLS Season Pass unique from most other sports-focused streaming services is that it subscribers never have to worry about blackouts. The streamer will also feature pre and post-game coverage of select matches and will include the return of the live whip-around show “MLS 360,” and this season will introduce a Spanish-language version of the show as well.

This year marks the second in Apple’s decade-long deal with Major League Soccer to be the exclusive home of MLS action that was first announced in July 2022.

“The first year of our partnership with Major League Soccer exceeded expectations and brought MLS to more fans than ever before,” Apple’s senior VP Eddy Cue said. “We look forward to building upon that momentum, celebrating Messi’s first full season with the league, and delivering MLS fans the best experience possible.”

In addition to all of the match-day coverage, MLS Season Pass also is the home of an ever-increasing library of on-demand content as well. Fans are able to not only watch matches live, but they can also check out the action on demand via condensed match recaps available for all games. Additionally, subscribers will have access to the streamer’s exclusive programming lineup, including “MLS Countdown” and “MLS Wrap-Up” in English, and “MLS La Previa” and “MLS El Resumen” in Spanish.

“Launching MLS Season Pass was a transformational moment for our league as soccer fans throughout the world were able to watch MLS games with no restrictions and with terrific production quality thanks to our partnership with Apple,” MLS commissioner Don Garber said. “The first season overdelivered, and year two is going to be even better.”
