Just when the British government has the upper hand, Danny and his team have discovered there’s an enemy agent working directly in their midst. Simon Pegg returns on the series as Danny Patrick, but he’ll need the help of his whole team — and all his wits — to avert catastrophe in Season 2.

‘Dark Matter’ Season 2 | Apple TV
“Dark Matter” is somewhat unique as TV adaptations go. The show actually covered the entirety of its source material — the novel of the same name by author Blake Crouch — in Season 1, but it’s returning for a second season nevertheless.
Dark Matter
Jason Dessen is abducted into an alternate version of his life. To get back to his real family, he embarks on a harrowing journey to save them from the most terrifying foe imaginable: himself.
Best yet, Crouch himself is returning as writer and showrunner for the second season. It will continue to follow the Dessen family as they try to find a quiet life for themselves in a new world, but Jason’s obsession with the Box and Daniela’s paranoia threaten to bring it all tumbling down.
