St. Denis Medical
An eclectic group of underfunded yet dedicated doctors and nurses navigates caring for patients — and each other — while keeping it all together at an Oregon hospital.
The fall finale of “St. Denis Medical” Season 2 saw Joyce confronted with a life-changing question, one she gave a less-than-emphatic answer to. What will she and the rest of the staff of St. Denis have to tackle — when they’re not, you know, helping patients — before the season is over?

‘Wildcard Kitchen’ Season 3 premiere | Food Network, stream with a subscription to Philo
Leave it to Food Network to come up with yet another unique format for a cooking show. In “Wildcard Kitchen,” host Eric Adjepong welcomes three chefs who think they know everything about each other to the test kitchen for a little after-hours culinary fun.
Each chef brings $5,000 to the table, and three hands later, they have the blueprint for a dish that could either blow away the judges or crash and burn. Who will risk it all to create the ultimate combination of flavors, and whose instincts will lead them to a bust?
Wednesday, Jan. 7
‘Harlan Coben's Final Twist’ series premiere | CBS, stream with a three-day free trial of Hulu + Live TV
Harlan Coben has sold more than 100 million books worldwide, and more than one of his most famous characters has been adapted for the screen in the past. But now, Coben is setting aside fiction to give true crime a shot, and the first case on “Harlan Coben’s Final Twist” is a doozy.
In the show’s series premiere, when police find a couple murdered in their home, the investigation leads to social media. Detectives discover a bizarre cyberbullying conflict with a neighboring family and the possible covert involvement of a CIA agent driven by personal vengeance.

‘The Pitt’ Season 2 premiere | HBO Max
Season 1 of the Noah Wyle-led medical drama was an immediate hit with audiences thanks to its brutal, realistic portrayal of emergency medical situations. The show won five awards at the Emmys in September, including Outstanding Drama Series. Fans didn’t have to wait long for the show’s second season to roll out, though it now has a lofty legacy to live up to.
“The Pitt” follows the staff of the Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center emergency room. Once again, Season 2 will follow Dr. Michael “Robby” Robinavitch, nurse Dana Evans, and a host of dedicated professionals who work as hard as they can for as long as they can to keep their patients alive.

‘Power Book IV: Force’ series finale STARZ

If he’s going to succeed at long last in the show’s season finale, he’ll have to go to war without his most trusted partner, Damond Samspon. With Diamond now gone, Tommy’s showdown with Jenard is sure to be epically explosive — and could see another member of the “Power” franchise step in to help Tommy seal the deal.
