Nearly 20 years ago, Owen Strand was the lone survivor of his Manhattan firehouse on 9/11, and in the wake of the attack, was left with the unenviable task of rebuilding the station. After a similar tragedy strikes a firehouse in Austin, Texas, Owen — along with his troubled firefighter son, T.K. — takes his progressive philosophies of life and firefighting down to the Lone Star State to help them start anew.
In the Season 5 premiere, Station 126 races into action when an armored truck and its guards are attacked by a group of masked men. Carlos, in his new job as a Texas Ranger, is assigned to investigate the case. ‘Evolution of the Black Quarterback’ Series Premiere | Prime Video
For decades, old racial prejudices convinced NFL talent evaluators that Black athletes were not well-suited to play the quarterback position. Fast-forwarding to 2024, almost half the league is starting a Black player at the game’s most important position, and while the racist attitudes that prevented Black quarterbacks from reaching the highest level for so long are still part of the game, they are fast giving way to superstars like Patrick Mahomes.
Former Atlanta Falcons and Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick will travel the country to dive more deeply into the evolution of the Black signal-caller over the decades, speaking with transformative players like Warren Moon, Donovan McNabb, and others in this docuseries from Prime Video.

‘Inside Out 2’ Streaming Premiere | Disney+
Teenager Riley’s mind headquarters is undergoing a sudden demolition to make room for something entirely unexpected: new Emotions! Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Disgust, who’ve long been running a successful operation by all accounts, aren’t sure how to feel when Anxiety shows up. And it looks like she’s not alone…
Disney continues to be highly unpredictable with its theatrical windowing, bringing “Inside Out 2” to Disney+ a full two weeks and change earlier than I predicted when the movie first debuted in theaters. No matter the reason, however, families will love having the ability to stream “Inside Out 2” — one of the most successful films of the year for Disney — with a Disney+ subscription.

The life of a professional fixer is supposed to be a lonely one.
