It's tricky to say when -- and where -- The Accountant 2 will stream.

Following up on the hit action film starring Ben Affleck, “The Accountant 2” will stream on Prime Video this Thursday, June 5, earlier than initially expected. The high-octane action movie debuted in theaters Friday, April 25, and costars Jon Bernthal and J.K. Simmons.

How to watch ‘The Accountant 2’

“The Accountant 2” sees Christian Wolff — also known as The Accountant — called in to solve the murder of Raymond King, Director of the Treasury Department’s FinCEN division. He recruits his estranged brother Braxton to help him in the case, but as they dig deeper, they begin to attract the attention of some of the world’s most deadly assassins.

It may sound like nothing more than a popcorn flick, but “The Accountant 2” is drawing pretty good reviews. It’s got a 76% rating from critics on Rotten Tomatoes, and 92% of audiences who have found their way to a preview screening agree that it’s a quality movie.
