The bestselling novel gets its second adaptation (following 2011's film) with this 14-episode British series. Ambika Mod and Leo Woodall star as Emma and Dex, two students who speak for the first time on their graduation night on July 15, 1988, and part ways the following morning, with each episode finding Em and Dex one year older on the same date “as they grow and change, move together and apart, and experience joy and heartbreak.” Essie Davis, Tim McInnerny, Amber Grappy, Jonny Weldon, Eleanor Tomlinson, Joely Richardson, and Toby Stephens make up the supporting cast.

“Avatar: The Last Airbender” | Thursday, Feb. 22
“Avatar: The Last Airbender” fans, still bruised by a less-than-successful film adaptation, are holding their breath as the hit Nickelodeon animated series gets a promising live-action adaptation. Like the original, it will follow Air Nomad Aang as he and his newfound friends Sokka and Katara embark on a fantastical journey to save the world, fight back against the onslaught of the Fire Lord Ozai, and take his rightful place as the next Avatar. Gordon Cormier stars as Aang opposite Kiawentiio Tarbell, Ian Ousley, Dallas Liu, Daniel Dae Kim, Paul Sun-Hyung Lee, Ken Leung, Elizabeth Yu, and others.
