First, on July 2, stream “SPRINT,” which tracks the long journey from the 2023 World Championships to the 2024 Paris Olympic Games for the fastest runners in the world, including Sha’Carri Richardson, Noah Lyles, and Shericka Jackson. Then, on July 19, the first part of the multi-part “Simone Biles Rising” will follow the Olympian on her path to becoming a healthier athlete and human after her withdrawal from the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
In scripted sports, start your month with “The Karate Kid,” which comes to the platform on July 1 and get ready for the extra-large sixth and final season premiere of the hit sequel series “Cobra Kai.”

From the same team behind “Formula 1: Drive to Survive,” the new docuseries will offer exclusive behind-the-scenes access to the world’s fastest runners, “delv[ing] deep into the psyches of those elite competitors who train to be the fastest person on the planet.”
Season 1 will explore the top sprinters, including Sha’Carri Richardson, Noah Lyles, Shericka Jackson, and other runners from the U.S. and around the world, on their long, physically and mentally challenging journeys from the 2023 World Championships to the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

“Vikings: Valhalla” Season 3 | Thursday, July 11
The 11th century-set Viking drama enters its final battle— and final season. Season 3 will pick up seven years after the Season 2 finale, with Freydis the undisputed leader of Jomborg and Leif and Herald celebrating glory in Constantinople. As the series’ heroes search for a new Viking home, they’ll be forced to conquer their greatest challenges yet to reach their destiny.
Sam Corlett, Frida Gustavsson, Leo Suter, Laura Berlin, David Oakes, Bradley Freegard, Pollyanna McIntosh, Søren Pilmark, Sofya Lebedeva, Florian Munteanu, and Goran Visnjic lead the series home.

“Cobra Kai” (Season 6, Part 1) | Thursday, July 18
“Cobra Kai” ends its legacy with a 15-episode, three-part final season. Starring Ralph Macchio and William Zabka, the martial arts dramedy series will, in its last season, follow Cobra Kai’s senseis and students as they decide if and how they will compete in the karate world championships, the Sekai Taikai. The second half of Season 6 will premiere on Nov. 28, followed by the series finale on a date in 2025 to be announced later. Courtney Henggeler, Xolo Maridueña, Tanner Buchanan, Mary Mouser, Jacob Bertrand, and more return for last call.

“Simone Biles Rising” | Friday, July 19
Seven-time Olympian medalist Simone Biles has been preparing for her comeback for four years, and any gymnastics commentator will tell you she looks better, stronger, and healthier than ever. The new multi-part docuseries directed by Katie Walsh takes an intimate look at Biles’ fight back to the top after withdrawing from the 2020 Tokyo Olympics to focus on her mental health, using video diaries, personal archives, and up-close-and-personal footage of one of the world’s most dominant athletes as she “redefin[es] what it means to be a champion on her own terms.” Part one will be released on July 17, and the second half is planned to be released later this year.

“Sweet Home” | Friday, July 19
The South Korean zombie horror series returns for its third season just seven months after its second season dropped on the platform. The third season blurs the line between monster and human further as “humanity grapples with the emergency of neohumans in a world on the brink of annihilation, marking the climax of the monsterization saga.” As stadium survivors showing symptoms and asymptomatic survivors are lumped together, chaos, confusion, and safety concerns ensue.
The series stars Song Kang, Lee Jin-wook, Lee Si-young, Park Gyu-young, Go Min-si, Kim Hee-jung, Kim Gook-hee, Lee Joon-woo, Jung Jin-young, and more.
