Top 5 Titles Coming to Netflix in June 2024: ‘Bridgerton’ Season 3 Part 2, ‘Hit Man,’ More
In recent years, Netflix has made a lot of changes to its standard operating procedures, and one that is becoming increasingly part of its release plans is breaking up series into blocks. The world’s largest streaming service will release the second half of “Bridgerton” Season 3 in June looking to capitalize on the success of the first four episodes that were released last month. Also coming to the streaming giant this month will be the final season of fantasy drama series “Sweet Tooth,” the Glen Powell-led action comedy “The Hitman” and much more.
Netflix offers three different subscription options, on the low end is the Standard With Ads option for just $6.99 per month. However, if you prefer your streaming without commercial interruptions, you can opt for the Standard plan for $15.49 monthly or the Premium option for $22.99.

“Sweet Tooth” Season 3 | Thursday, June 6
The post-apocalypse comes to an end after three seasons as “Sweet Tooth” says goodbye. Christian Convery brings the series home as Gus, a half-deer, half-human boy on a quest to find his mother after the death of his father. Season 3 will pick up as Season 2 ended, with Gus, Jepperd (Nonso Anozie), Wendy (Naledi Murray), and Bear (Stefania LaVie Owen) setting out for icy Alaska in search of Birdie (Amy Seimetz). Cara Gee, Ayazhan Dalabayeva, and Kelly Marie Tran join the cast for the last season.

“Hit Man” | Friday, June 7
The much-advertised unbelievable action-comedy inspired by an unbelievable true story stars co-writer Glen Powell as a strait-laced professor who uncovers his hidden talent as a fake hitman in undercover police stings when he meets his match in Maddy Masters (Adria Arjona), “who steals his heart and ignites a powder keg of deception, delight, and mixed-up identities.” Oscar nominee Richard Linklater co-writes and directs.

Polin fans rejoice as the ratings-topper “Bridgerton” returns for the second half of its third season and the friends-to-lovers arc of Penelope Featherington and Colin Bridgerton is completed. Perfect for the middle of Pride, the new documentary takes a close-up look at the world and history of queer stand-up and examines its cultural influence on America. Produced by Shondaland and directed by Lagueria Davis, the new documentary explores the untold story and impact of three Black women working at Mattel who were responsible for the Black Barbie debut in 1980: Beulah Mae Mitchell, Kitty Black Perkins, and Stacey McBride Irby. “Black Barbie” will feature insider interviews and retellings of what went down in the days leading up to the historic doll’s release debut and examine the importance of representation.
