Like many other popular franchise shows from Disney+, Agatha All Along episodes are hitting the streamer in primetime.

Disney makes its latest trip to the Marvel Cinematic Universe this week when it releases “Agatha All Along” on Wednesday, Sept. 18. The new series is something of a follow-up to “WandaVision,” and follows the centuries-old witch Agatha Harkness as she tries to restore the powers taken from her by Wanda Maximoff.

Disney+ is now in the habit of trying to make new series from the Marvel and Star Wars universes appointment viewing, training viewers to gather around the TV at a particular time of day just like they once did when new TV premieres were the exclusive province of linear TV channels. “Agatha All Along” is the latest series to follow this trend, and has a specific release time scheduled every week.

What Time Does ‘Agatha All Along’ Come on Disney+?

Fans don't need a crystal ball to tell them when new episodes of Agatha All along are coming on Disney+.

New “Agatha All Along” episodes will premiere at 9:01 p.m. ET on Disney+, one of the most popular primetime slots for big-name TV shows. For decades, programmers were eager to get their best shows into primetime windows because they knew audiences would be most likely to be in front of their sets at this time of day.

Streaming has changed viewer habits quite a bit since it was first popularized, but there are still plenty of facets of linear TV viewing that remain popular among audiences. Is the appointment viewing of a primetime TV show among those? Disney+ is betting that it is.
