What are all the different ways to get a Netflix subscription?

You can always sign up for Netflix directly, but you can also get it through a number of different third-party services.

Here are all the ways to get Netflix outside of a direct subscription.

There’s more than one way to bundle a streaming service in 2025, as more and more customers are finding out. Gone are the days when viewers had to simply purchase a streaming subscription directly; now, there are any number of third-party platforms that allow customers to buy additional streaming subscriptions, as well as telecom and pay-TV companies that bundle streaming services with their other subscription products.

Netflix may be thought of by some as a streamer with a strong enough reputation that it can afford to shun such partnerships, but that’s not the case. You can get a Netflix subscription in a variety of ways, and we’ll show you all the methods you can use below!

What are all the ways you can sign up for Netflix?

Directly

The simplest way to sign up for Netflix is directly through the streamer's website. In this manner, you can purchase a subscription to any of Netflix’s three plans, and you will be billed directly by the streaming service each month.

Through T-Mobile

You can get a free subscription to the Netflix Standard with Ads plan as a customer of select T-Mobile products. Specifically, the Experience More and Experience Beyond voice plans come with this Netflix subscription at no extra cost.

With Verizon

Verizon offers customers who sign up for its Unlimited Welcome, Unlimited Plus, or Unlimited Ultimate plans to purchase a bundle of Netflix and HBO Max for only $10 per month — a discount of $9 off what you would pay to sign up to both streamers separately. Viewers can also pay more to upgrade to ad-free versions of these streamers if they wish.

Through Optimum

In November 2025, Optimum announced that TV and internet customers on select plans would get a free Netflix Standard with Ads subscription. The promotion is available with Optimum internet plans starting at 500 Mbps or faster for new customers, and with Optimum Extra TV or Everything TV plans as well.

With the StreamSaver bundle

In 2024, Netflix joined the StreamSaver bundle, which is only available to Comcast TV and internet subscribers. StreamSaver includes Peacock Premium, Netflix Standard with Ads, and Apple TV for a price of $15 per month, and viewers can also bundle it with Xfinity’s NOW TV package for a total price of $30 per month.

Via Frontier Internet

Customers who have access to Frontier home internet in their area can bundle the Frontier Pro Wi-Fi plan — with fiber-optic speeds — and the Netflix Premium plan together for a savings of $95 per year. This option isn’t available in all areas, but viewers who can sign up for it can get ad-free Netflix and high-speed internet at a great price.

Netflix

Netflix is a leading subscription-based video streaming service that offers on-demand access to an extensive library of over 3,000 movies, 2,000+ TV shows, and a growing collection of acclaimed Netflix originals. Renowned for producing groundbreaking content, Netflix has become a cultural powerhouse with hit originals like “Stranger Things,” “Wednesday,” “Squid Game,” “The Crown,” “Tiger King,” “Bridgerton,” “The Witcher,” and “Black Mirror.”

…

The platform constantly updates its catalog, introducing fresh content alongside timeless classics and international hits. Netflix’s commitment to storytelling has also earned critical acclaim, with award-winning exclusives such as “Roma,” “Marriage Story,” “The Power of the Dog,” “Mank,” and “Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom.” In 2023, their animated film “Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio” won an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature, further solidifying Netflix’s reputation for high-quality content.

Recently, Netflix has expanded beyond standard movies and TV titles with the addition of video podcasts, and is also exploring a digital store that would offer third-party streamers within the app.

Netflix offers three plans – stream on 2 devices in HD with the “Standard with Ads” ($8.99) plan, on 2 devices in HD with the “Standard” ($19.99) plan, and 4 devices in up to 4K on the “Premium” ($26.99) plan.
