Motorsports fans have a new reason to give DIRECTV STREAM a second look. Today, the service announced it will carry MAVTV. The channel highlights everything from Stock Cars to Rally, Drag Racing to Late Model Dirt, Trans Am to Sprint, Superbike to Enduro,
and everything in between.

DIRECTV STREAM added eight more channels as well: Surfer TV, OZ TV, Pureflix TV, T2, Pickleball TV, Great American Adventures, Total Crime and Declassified.

About MAVTV

MAVTV is home to dozens of racing leagues and events. Viewers can see British Touring Car Championship, Formula Drift, Speedway GP, Daytona 200, AMA Endurocross, Australian TA2, GT America, Monster Jam, Stock Car Pro Series and more. For build enthusiasts, there’s “Bike World,” “Sam’s Garage,” “Vicari Auction Show,” and “Motorweek.”

The channel also has documentaries like “Controlled Chaos,” “In the Machine,” and “Road to Glory.”

The new addition means MAVTV can be found on DIRECTV STREAM, Fubo, Hulu Live TV, and YouTube TV.

Recent DIRECTV STREAM Changes

DIRECTV STREAM has been making big moves lately, raising its prices on Oct. 6, buying Sling TV, announcing an upcoming free TV option, and navigating its way out of a nasty carriage fight with Disney.

As a result of the Disney negotiation, DIRECTV announced plans for “multiple genre-specific” channel lineups. While we love DIRECTV STREAM and its enormous channel lineup, the ever-increasing price is a headache, so a slimmer channel package or some kind of inexpensive fusion with Sling would be a relief.
