Step 1: Subscribe to Prime Video
If you have Amazon Prime, you already have Prime Video. If you don’t, you can start your subscription for just $8.99 / month after a 30-day FREE trial.
Step 2: Add Max
Instead of buying a standalone Max subscription, you want to subscribe through the Prime Video interface. Just go to this page and choose whether you want the ad-supported Max for $9.99 / month or the ad-free version for $16.99.
Step 3: Add Other Channels If You Want
There are many, many other services you can add to Prime Video. The benefit is that you only pay one bill and you can usually get a free trial of most services.

What Can You Watch on Max?
Max offers lots of blockbuster movies from the Warner Bros. archive. That includes hits like “Barbie,” “Dune,” and “The Lord of the Rings” trilogy. Max often hosts the big-screen adventures of DC Comics superheroes like Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman.
The lineup also includes dozens of critically acclaimed movies, like those from the Criterion Collection, Roger Ebert’s Great Movies, and the British Film Institute’s Sight and Sound Critics’ Poll. Max is often the host for films from cinematic titans like Kubrick, Fellini, Truffaut, Miyazaki, and Kurosawa. A deal with distributor A24 ensures critical favorites will continue on the service for a long time.
