- Log in to the STARZ website.
- Find your user profile in the upper-right corner.
- Click Settings, then locate Billing Plan and Information.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm your choice.
How to cancel a STARZ subscription through Prime Video
If you signed up for STARZ through the Prime Video Subscriptions platform, you will have to cancel though Prime Video, as well.
- Log into your Prime Video account.
- Locate your profile icon, and click Account & Settings in the drop-down menu.
- Click the Subscriptions tab.
- Find STARZ, and click the cancel button.

Roku also has a supplementary subscription platform with dozens of top streaming services available, including STARZ. If you signed up for STARZ through Roku, that’s how you have to cancel.

- Go to your YouTube paid memberships.
- Under Digital purchases & rentals, find STARZ.
- Click Deactivate.
- Click Continue to cancel.
- Select your reason for cancelling and then click Next.

Cancel STARZ through Apple
If you subscribed to STARZ through Apple’s App Store, cancelling is an easy process.
To cancel a STARZ subscription made through Apple on a computer:
- Open the App Store and make sure you’re signed in with your Apple ID
- Click on your name in the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Click on Account Settings at the top of the screen.
- On the Account Information screen, scroll to the Manage section.
- To the right of Subscriptions, select Manage.
- To the right of the STARZ subscription, click Edit
- Select Cancel Subscription from the bottom of the page.
- Select Confirm.
You can also cancel using an iPhone or iPad with the following instructions:
- Open the Settings app.
- Scroll to Subscriptions.

Will you lose access to STARZ immediately if you cancel?
No. After canceling a STARZ subscription, you will still be able to use the streaming service until the end of your current billing cycle. Once the cycle ends and it comes time to charge your card again, however, STARZ will honor your cancellation request and lock you out.
