How to change login information on Peacock?
It’s most efficient to change Peacock account settings from a web browser in my experience. To do so, follow these instructions:
- Click here to log into your Peacock profile.
- On the profile selection screen, click the gear-shaped settings icon in the top corner.
- In the Settings tab, click Update next to your username or password.
How to change payment details on Peacock
- Use the instructions above to get into your Peacock account, and re-enter the account settings.
- In the Plans & Payments tab, scroll down to the section with your payment card details.
- Click Update Payment Method to change.
What other settings can you change on your Peacock account?
Peacock allows you to change a wide range of settings on your account. You can enter a gift card or promotional code at any time, change your plan, or see your payment history from the Plans & Payments tab, in addition to changing your payment details.
In the Settings tab, you can control the account holder’s name, your login credentials, manage profiles, toggle your Enhanced Security settings, and adjust your Subtitle Appearance.
In the devices section, you can see all the devices that access your Peacock account, rename them, and sign them out all at the same time. And in Data and Communications, you can toggle having email notifications on or off, and whether or not you consent to having account data shared with the NFL.
