The final event before the 2024 Paris Olympics officially ends is the women’s basketball gold medal game at 9 a.m. ET on Sunday, Aug. 11. From there, coverage of the Closing Ceremony starts at 3 p.m. ET, live from the Stade de France, which will be converted from a stadium to a concert hall for the event. The largest stadium in the country was home to rugby and track and field events during the games.

While exact details of the Closing Ceremony are kept heavily under wraps, viewers can expect a spectacle to rival the Opening Ceremony, with hundreds of dancers, acrobats, singers, and other performers bidding farewell to the games. In addition to remarks from French president Emmanuel Macron, traditions like the lowering of the Olympic Flag, extinguishing of the Olympic Torch, and celebrations for the medalists will be on display.
