Here’s how you can watch every NFL Week 2 preseason game

Here’s how you can watch every NFL Week 2 preseason game

The most important week of the NFL preseason will see the majority of starters take to the field for their only meaningful action before their season openers.

With a background in sports and entertainment reporting, he’s covered everything from Broadway to college football. He cut the cord in 2014 and has a sharp eye for streaming trends and a soft spot for Hallmark movies.

Every week of the NFL preseason has a different purpose. Week 1 gets everybody’s appetite whetted for football, and Week 3 is about giving players a final chance to make the roster. But Week 2 is the first chance fans truly get to see what their team will look like once the regular season gets underway. While not every starter will suit up this weekend, the games from Thursday, Aug. 20, through Sunday, Aug. 23, will be the best insight into what each team will look like that we will get during the preseason. All 32 teams will be on the field over the next few days, so you won’t want to miss any of the action. This week’s games will air on a mix of local affiliates of major broadcast channels like ABC, CBS, Fox, and NBC, national channels like ESPN, NFL Network, and Fox, as well as a handful of streamers that will supply simulcasts. We recommend watching with a five-day free trial to DIRECTV.
