About ‘Dune: Prophecy’
Inspired by the novel “Sisterhood of Dune” by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson, “Dune: Prophecy” is set 10,000 years before the rise of Paul Atreides as the Kwisatz Haderach. The show will center on the rise of the Bene Gesserit order, the mysterious sect of superhuman women who use their powers to guide humanity along its path.
The show will specifically focus on two Harkonnen sisters as they combat forces that threaten the future of humankind, and establish the fabled sect that will become known as the Bene Gesserit. Their success is certain, but the methods they use and the events these sisters are able to foresee have yet to be revealed…until now.
