About ‘Abigail’

“Abigail” follows a group of criminals who are tasked with kidnapping a little girl, the daughter of a famed underworld boss. They’ve been offered $50 million if they complete the job, and all they have to do is keep the girl safe for a few hours in an empty mansion while they wait for their employer to come and collect her. Simple enough, right?

As the hours drag by, however, members of the kidnapping team begin to disappear. Soon, the remaining criminals realize they weren’t given the whole truth by their boss; this little girl is anything but a normal child. Once focused on the fortune they were about to earn, the captors who are left alive begin to question whether they’ll make it through the night alive.

The film stars Alisha Weir in the title role, along with Melissa Barrera, Dan Stevens, Will Catlett, Kathryn Newton, Kevin Durand, Angus Cloud, Giancarlo Esposito, and Matthew Goode.
